Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information The Sweatsuit Billionaire collects at sweatsuitbillionaire.com (the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Abara Marketing ("we," "us," "our").
The short version: when you sign up for an experiment, we keep your name, email and TikTok handle so we can run the experiment and keep you posted. We don't sell your information, we don't use advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for an experiment, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your TikTok handle
- which experiment you signed up for, and when
If you email us, we also receive whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically.
- Country. Our hosting provider tells us which country a sign-up came from. We store that country with your sign-up.
- Spam protection. To stop automated abuse, we limit how many sign-ups can come from one connection. To do this, we store a one-way scrambled ("hashed") version of your IP address, never the address itself, and delete it within 24 hours.
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.
- Your browser's storage. After you sign up, the Site saves a small note in your own browser so it remembers you already signed up. This stays on your device, is not a cookie, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.
We do not set advertising cookies or use tracking pixels.
2. How we use your information
- To run the experiment you signed up for and give you access to its materials and community.
- To email you about the experiment and about other Sweatsuit Billionaire experiments, updates and offers. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We only share it:
- With service providers that run the Site for us, mainly Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and stores sign-up data. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our community, us or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the Site, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
4. Other services we link to
The Site links to and loads content from other services, including Discord, Google (Google Docs, Google Flow and Google Fonts), TikTok and Ko-fi. When you use those services, or when your browser loads fonts from Google, those companies receive information under their own privacy policies, not this one. We are not responsible for how they handle your information. Payments and tips made through Ko-fi are handled entirely by Ko-fi and its payment processors; we never see your card or bank details.
5. How long we keep it
We keep sign-up information while the experiments and community are active, or until you ask us to delete it. Hashed spam-protection data is deleted within 24 hours. We may keep limited information longer when the law requires it.
6. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- stop sending you marketing emails (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email)
Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with. We will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
California residents. California law gives you the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect (identifiers such as name, email and social media handle, and general location at the country level), the sources (you and your device), our purposes (described in section 2) and the categories of service providers we share it with (described in section 3). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we may need to verify your request before acting on it.
7. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, sign-up data is stored with access restricted to us, and the sign-up system validates and limits what it accepts. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
8. Age requirement
The Site and experiments are only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has signed up, email us and we will delete their information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will give notice on the Site or by email.
